EXHIBIT BOOTH:

• Due to space limitations, this show fills up very quickly.
  We urge you to submit your agreement and deposit early. The full payment is due no later than May 31, 2013.
• June 28th, 2013 Cancellation deadline: full refund of deposit not granted after this date
  Only ONE company will be allowed per booth. NO SHARING, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rate Information:

• $375 for 2-day exhibit.
• A 50% deposit must accompany the exhibitor contract.

Hotel Accommodations:

• The Crowne Plaza is offering special sleeping room rates of $79/single accommodations. Please indicate that you are affiliated with the LHSAA Annual Convention when making your reservations.

Installation:

• Displays may be installed Monday, July 22 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Dismantling:

• Removal of exhibits 5:00 p.m. ‑ Wednesday, July 24

Booth Information:

• Booths are 8'x 8' with an 8 foot draped backdrop and 3 foot side drapes. Each exhibitor also receives a 6 foot skirted table, 2 chairs and 1 identification sign.
• Special arrangements (electricity, additional tables, etc) must be handled through the Crowne Plaza, Leslie Alleman (225) 930-0151. A detailed list of available services/costs will be sent to each exhibitor when booth space is confirmed.
• Security will be provided; however, small, valuable items should be removed when booths are not in operation. LHSAA and The Crowne Plaza are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Final layout will depend on actual number of participating exhibitors.
• Exhibit spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis; there will be no special privileges given to anyone.
