- Only ONE company will be allowed per booth. NO SHARING, NO EXCEPTIONS
Set up/Take down:
· Set up: Monday, July 16th from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
· Take down: Thursday, July 19th at noon
Booth Information:
· Booths are 8'x 8' with an 8 foot draped backdrop and 3 foot side drapes for the booths inside the Big Room. Each exhibitor also receives a 6 foot skirted table, 2 chairs and 1 identification sign. The atrium will not have a backdrop.
· Special arrangements (electricity, additional tables, etc) must be handled through Christina Rutherford with the Crowne Plaza, (225) 930-0151. A detailed list of available services/costs will be sent to each exhibitor when booth space is confirmed.
· Security will be provided; however, small, valuable items should be removed when booths are not in operation. LHSAA and Crowne Plaza are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
· Final layout will depend on actual number of participating exhibitors.
· Exhibit spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis, there will be no special privileges given to anyone.
Hotel Accommodations:
· The Crowne Plaza is offering July special sleeping room rates of $79/single - $89/triple a night. Please indicate that you are affiliated with the LHSCA Coaches Clinic when making your reservations.
